About PHP

Introduction

Php is a server side scripting Language that runs on a web server and produce interactive websites.
Php is one of the popular programming languages and can be freely mixed with html.
Php syntax is similar to Perl & C and together with the much used Apache web server, it can run on many operating system(OS).

What is Php?

Php is an acronym for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor.
Php is a server side scripting language that runs on a web server.
Php can be link up with many databases. (MySql, MSSQL, Sybase, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Generic ODBC, etc--)
Php is an open source language.
Php is free for anybody to download and use.

What is a Php file?

Php files contain a mixture of "plain text", "html tags" and "php scripts".
Php files produce "plain html" after execution.
Php files extensions are ".php", ".php3 and "phtml".

Why use Php?

Php can be used with all kinds of operating system(OS).
Php can runs on many popular web servers. (Apache, IIS, etc--)
Php can be downloaded free from www.php.net and used.
Php is easy to learn and runs very efficiently on web servers.

Php သည္ web server ေပၚ ၌ run လုပ္ေသာ server side scripting language တစ္ခုျဖစ္ သည္။ ၎ ကို အသံုးျပဳ ၿပီး interactive website မ်ား ဖန္တည္း ႏွိုင္ ပါ သည္။
Php သည္ အလြန္ အသံုး မ်ား ၿပီး အခမဲ့ သံုး နုိင္ ေသာ programming language တစ္ခု ျဖစ္သည့္ အျပင္ html ႏွင့္ ေရာ ၍ ေရးသာ နုိင္္ ပါ သည္။
Php အေရး အသား သည္ Perl & C တို႔ႏွင့္ အလြန္ ဆင္တူ ပါ သည္။ Php ကို ေခတ္စား ေန ေသာ Apache web server ႏွင့္အတူ operating system (OS) အမ်ား အျပား ေပၚတြင္ တြဲ ဖက္ အသံုးျပဳ နုိင္ ပါ သည္။

Php သည္ ယခု ကာလ ေခတ္ စာ းေန သည့္ web server အား လံုး ေလာက္ နီးနီး ႏွင့္ တြဲ ဖက္ အသံုးျပဳ ႏွုိင္္္ သည္။ (Apache, IIS, etc--)
Php ကို ၎ ၏ ပင္ ရင္း ျဖစ္ ေသာ www.php.net မွ အခမဲ့ download လုပ္ႏွိင္ျပီး မည္ သူမ ဆို အ သံုး ျပဳႏွုိင္္္္ သည္။
Php ကို အလြယ္ တကူ တတ္ ေျမာက္ ႏွုိုိင္္္ သည့္ အျပင္ web server ေပၚတြင္ efficiently run လုပ္ ႏွုိုိင္္္ သည္။

Php ကို စမ္းၾကည့္ ခ်င္ပါ သည္ ဘာဆက္ လုပ္ရ မလဲ?

ဆက္လုပ္ ရမည့္ နည္း လမ္း ေတြ ကို ေနာက္ ေဆာင္းပါး ေတြမွာ ဆက္လက္ တင္ျပ သြား ပါမည္။
